The cottage is approached by a private gravelled driveway that is mainly flat. There is private parking approximately 25 metres from the entrance to the cottage, there is a narrow pathway from the gravelled drive to the cottage that is about 15 metres long,  it slopes very slightly and there are three steps at the start. There is a wide front door, when you get in the front door there is a small lip and then one step from the tiled entrance into the main ground floor area. The floors are carpeted throughout with the exception of the kitchen area and the bathroom which have vinyl floor covering.  Once you are in the whole of the ground floor is flat, except that there are three steps to the second bedroom, to get from the lounge to the patio area there is one step.  The bathroom has a standard bath with a shower mixer over, there are no hand rails in the bathroom. The patio area has stone chips
