The triple aspect
lounge area has a 37" flat-screen colour TV with freeview HD, comfortable sofas, coffee tables, dining
table and chairs, magazines, books and games and central heating. There is a patio door that leads to a pleasant seating area
with lovely open views.
The kitchen is fully fitted and well-equipped
with a washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery,
cutlery and utensils. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and WC.
There are two cosy, bright bedrooms, bedroom one is a double, the second bedroom is a twin
and is accessed via bedroom one. Each room has good quality linens and ample storage space.
There is a travel
cot and high chair available for babies.
The cottage is set in well maintained landscaped gardens.
Outside there is a children’s playground, a shared barbeque area, and clothes dryers.
There
is large parking area available at the cottage.
Bedlinen
is included in the hire of The Shippen.
Brochures, maps, guide books and information on the locality are provided in the cottage.
